The Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026 would impose new sanctions targeting Russia's energy and defense industries and the tankers that evade existing sanctions. The Senate passed the bill in August; House passage would send it to the President, who plans to sign it into law.
